  • Tracking information must be provided once shipped.

  • Products must be packaged securely and professionally.


6. Returns & Refunds

  • Sellers are required to accept returns if the product is:

    • Defective

    • Not as described

    • Damaged in transit

  • Sellers must process refunds promptly as per our Return & Refund Policy.


7. Customer Service

  • Sellers must respond to buyer inquiries within 24-48 hours.

  • Maintain professional communication at all times.

  • Disputes must be resolved fairly and quickly.


8. Fees & Commission

  • Thalya.store may charge a commission on each successful sale (percentage depends on category).

  • Additional services (ads, featured products) may incur extra fees.

  • All applicable fees will be disclosed in the seller dashboard.


9. Performance Standards

Sellers must maintain:

  • Accurate shipping times

  • Low cancellation and return rates

  • Good customer reviews

Failure to meet these standards may result in warnings, penalties, or suspension.


10. Intellectual Property

11. Termination & Suspension

Thalya.store reserves the right to suspend or terminate seller accounts that:

  • Violate our policies

  • Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities

  • Receive repeated complaints
