 1. Return Eligibility

You can request a return within 7–14 days of receiving your item, depending on the product type. To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.

• You must provide proof of purchase (order ID, receipt, or email confirmation).

❗ Non-returnable items include:

• Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)

• Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, hygiene products)

• Customized or made-to-order products

• Digital goods (downloads, software)

 2. Return Process

To start a return:

1. Email us at returns@thalya.store with:

   • Order number

   • Product(s) to return

   • Reason for return

   • Supporting photos (if damaged or defective)

2. Our team will review your request and send you return instructions within 1–2 business days.

3. Once approved, send the item back to the provided return address.

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

 3. Approved Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

• We will notify you of the status within 3–5 business days.

• Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank/payment provider.

 4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you want to exchange for the same item, contact us at returns@thalya.store with your order number and photos.

 5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days:

• Check your bank or card statement

• Contact your bank or credit card company

• If still unresolved, reach out to us at support@thalya.store

 6. International Returns

If you're returning an item from outside our base country:

• Contact us first to confirm return logistics and customs requirements

• Please note that international return shipping is not covered by Thalya.store unless the return is due to our error
